Overview
Deepy Dive ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use our App and how it is used.
We do not collect personal data directly and we do not run our own account system or backend server for player data.
AdMob
The App includes optional rewarded video advertisements served by Google AdMob. Watching an ad is always voluntary. In the current game, rewarded ads are offered as a "Recover Signal" option when you are out of lives, and grant +1 life only after the ad reward is completed.
When you choose to watch an ad, AdMob may collect data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. This may include:
- Advertising identifiers, where permitted by your device settings and consent choices
- General device information, such as device model and operating system version
- Approximate location based on IP address
- Ad interaction data, such as impressions and clicks
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC. We do not receive or store this data on our own servers.
Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited.

Game Center
The App supports Apple Game Center leaderboards. If you sign in to Game Center, your best depth score may be submitted to Apple Game Center for leaderboard functionality.
Game Center is provided by Apple. We do not receive or store your Game Center account information on our own servers. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to Game Center.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases for cosmetic skins. Purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework.
We do not process payments directly and we do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to all App Store transactions.
Local Storage
The App stores game progress data locally on your device using Apple's standard mechanisms, including UserDefaults and App Group shared storage. This data includes:
- Upgrade levels and shard count
- Boss defeat history and skin unlocks
- Daily challenge completion status
- Lives count and life regeneration timing
- Best depth, recent run stats, and death history
- Selected skin and selected build path
- Settings, such as audio mute preference
This locally stored game progress does not leave your device and is not accessible to us.
Choices & Deletion
You can manage tracking and advertising choices via iOS Settings, including Privacy & Security -> Tracking where available.
Where required, Google may show a consent form before ads are requested.
Because Deepy Dive does not create user accounts or store personal data on our own servers, there is no account-based data to delete. You can remove all locally stored game data at any time by deleting the App from your device.
Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. By continuing to use the App after updates become effective, you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.

Game Center

Paikallinen tallennus
Sovellus tallentaa pelitilanteen paikallisesti laitteellesi Applen vakiomekanismeilla. Tallennettaviin tietoihin kuuluvat päivitystasot, shard-saldo, bossitilastot, avatut skinit, valittu skini ja build-polku, elämien määrä ja palautumisajastus, paras syvyys, viimeisimpien runien tilastot, kuolinsyyt, haastetila ja asetukset. Tämä data ei koskaan poistu laitteeltasi.
Datan poistaminen ja valinnat
Voit hallita seurantaa ja mainosvalintoja iOS-asetuksissa, mukaan lukien Tietosuoja ja turvallisuus -> Seuranta, jos asetus on käytettävissä. Google voi näyttää suostumuslomakkeen ennen mainosten pyytämistä, jos se on alueesi sääntöjen perusteella tarpeen.
Koska Deepy Dive ei luo käyttäjätilejä eikä tallenna henkilötietoja omille palvelimillemme, sovelluksessa ei ole tilikohtaista dataa poistettavaksi. Voit poistaa kaiken paikallisesti tallennetun pelidatan milloin tahansa poistamalla sovelluksen laitteeltasi.
Lasten tietosuoja
Sovellus on tarkoitettu yleisölle eikä sitä ole erityisesti suunnattu alle 13-vuotiaille lapsille. Sovellus ei tietoisesti kerää henkilötietoja alle 13-vuotiailta lapsilta.
